Vikhornov’s track “Opus” from the album “Magic Carpet” appears in “The Hat” — the short film by Alexander Soloviev based on a story written by the Russian absurd writer Daniil Kharms in 1938. “The Hat” as a story is different for everyone and for Alexander it’s about belief and fate. Opus seems to illustrate Alexander’s vision of the fate quite well. And quite dark.
